You can cancel and receive a full refund including any delivery charge for up to 7 days after the day you have received your goods.
You must notify us in writing or by email that you wish to cancel.
If you have received the goods they should be returned to us with their original packaging.
They must be unused, unassembled, and be in good condition.
Mattresses must be returned in the original packaging for hygiene reasons.
If the products are damaged we will make appropriate charges not exceeding the cost of the goods.
You can either organise to return the goods yourself or we will arrange collection.
If we collect the goods we require the same access arrangements as the original delivery. The collection fee is £50.
We hope that these terms reduce any concerns you may have about ordering unseen goods.
In return, we require you to show a duty of care, and to take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and good condition of the goods you wish to return.
In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods, please contact us within 48 hours from delivery date and you will be offered the following options.
A replacement or re-selected item will be shipped to you as soon as possible and the faulty item uplifted at our expense.
If you would prefer not to have a replacement or to re-select, we will arrange to uplift the item (which should be wrapped with the original packaging), and if on receipt of the returned item we determine that it is faulty you will receive a full refund.
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full.
Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
