Delivery timescales vary depending on stock availability and lead times from our suppliers.
The lead times quoted on our site are based on information provided by our suppliers and logistics team.
Occasionally there are variations in lead times which we are unaware of, until orders are confirmed by our suppliers; if we become aware of any reason for delay we will advise our customers by email or telephone as soon as possible.
Two man room of choice delivery
This is the service we use for most of our bed frame and divan set deliveries.
We work in partnership with Furniture Logistics the UKs premier distribution company to ensure that your goods are delivered in pristine condition.
When you place your order we will give you an estimated delivery timescale and e mail you with Furniture Logistics phone number, so that if you need to you can check on the progress of your order.
When your goods are ready for despatch a member of the distribution team will contact you to make delivery arrangements, we can usually offer an am/pm position, and a call up to an hour before delivery for your convenience.
The delivery crew will place your goods in the room of choice, and you will be given ample time to check your goods carefully for any visible damage before signing for them.
It is at the drivers discretion once on site to determine whether proceeding with the delivery may potentially pose a Health and Safety risk to themselves, or risk of damage to your property i,e, paintwork, wallpaper etc, due to narrow/inaccessible delivery access. In such circumstances the item would be left in a suitably convenient place. This is only a precautionary measure and seldom has to be executed.
As a further precaution we would ask if you could remove any items which could hinder the delivery path, for example pictures, mirrors, ornaments and other moveable items of furniture etc, and to ensure that if it is deemed necessary, any floor coverings are suitably protected against possible markings/dirt which could be affected during the delivery process.
Please do not dispose of the packaging until you are totally satisfied with your purchase.
In the case of divans and mattresses these items should be checked before opening the packaging as once opened we are unable to accept returns.
Please ensure that goods received are the correct size, colour, model etc before assembling, as we cannot accept returns of items that have been assembled.
We work in partnership with Furniture logistics to ensure that your goods are delivered in good condition, as promptly as we possibly can.
Our delivery vehicles are 7.5 ton Lorries; please ensure that this vehicle will be able to get to your property.
Express delivery service
This is the service we use mainly for Pine bed frames (Friendship Mill) and most of our vacuum packed Memory Foam mattresses (MemoryLux) these items are shipped direct from our suppliers by courier, and are generally delivered in 2 - 5 working days.This is a one man, door to door service only, as the driver is not insured to enter private premises.
